We begin by obtaining a tissue sample from a fish, from which stem cells are isolated. These cells are then carefully nurtured in an environment optimized with the right conditions and nutrients to encourage proliferation. In large bioreactors, the cells are cultivated in significant quantities close to room temperature. Once the biomass has grown sufficiently, it is harvested and can be utilized as a high-nutritional ingredient for various food applications.
